We delivered an advanced Siemens-based Building Management System for Wakefield Hospital's redevelopment, enabling efficient climate control, remote monitoring, and enhanced system resilience.We are proud to announce the successful delivery of an advanced Building Management System (BMS) at Wakefield Hospital in Wellington. With the hospital undergoing a $166 million redevelopment, including a 37-bed inpatient ward, 10 ICU/HDU beds, and seven operating theatres, our BMS ensures optimal operational efficiency and comfort.
Our team extended the existing BMS infrastructure using Siemens’ Desigo CC platform, PXC controllers, and DXR devices. These manage essential functions like HVAC, Operating Theatre climate control and pressure cascades, and room climate control. The system’s cloud server in Australia enables real-time remote monitoring, ensuring system resilience and data security.
